Free members’ workshop – So You Want To Make A Short Film

During this workshop, facilitator and experienced filmmaker, Kellie Jennar, will guide you through six essential tips to take your film idea and turn it into a finished film.

  3. Find your tribe
  4. Plan, Plan, Plan
  5. Lights, Camera, Action
  6. Hand it over

You don’t need a big budget, special equipment or a hollywood director to get your short film made.

If you have a story idea, passion, and dedication, this workshop is for you.

About Kellie Jennar

Kellie is a screenwriter and producer who is passionate about growing the screen industry in the Dubbo region.

Kellie has studied screenwriting and productions through AFTRS, New York Film Academy, and Metro Screen.

Some of Kellie’s productions have aired on the ABC, Virgin Airlines, Melbourne International Queer Festival, Short and Sweet Utah and the One Eye Film Festival

Kellie has previously been commissioned to produce screen content for: Barnardos Australia, Dubbo Council, NSW Health, and the Department of Family and Community Services

The workshop is free for Dubbo Filmmakers full/financial members or $5 (plus processing fee) for non-members.
