Oorjjam receives special jury award at international festival

Jose Sunny’s short film, Oorjjam, which premiered at the 2018 All Sorts program, was selected for the Don Bosco International Short Film Festival in Kollam, India. The Malayalam language film received the Special Jury Award, which was accepted by Mr Wilson Myloth, on behalf of Jose, from the Mayor of Kollam. Oorjjam was screened as part of the film festival in January, 2019. Congratulations to Jose and all the cast and crew.

Oorjjam is an interpretation of an Einstein theory that states energy can not be created or destroyed. It can only be transformed from one form to another. The film is a journey through energy, using the characters to describe the journey.
