2018 OEFF & JOEYS

Entries are now closed for the 2018 Dubbo One Eye Film Festival. Thank you to all those that submitted their films and attended.

It’s never too early to think about creating a film for the 2019 film festival!

Free entry. Three categories:

  • General: Short films 7 minutes or less, all genres
  • JOEYS – Primary Students: Short films by primary-aged students up to 2 minutes long (does not need to be associated with a school)
  • JOEYS – Secondary Students: Short films by secondary-aged students up to 4 minutes long (does not need to be associated with a school)

The One Eye Film Festival (OEFF) is open to all filmmakers who can demonstrate a strong link to this town of Dubbo or our region. That link might be thematic, geographic or a delightful accident of birth. Now in its sixth year, the OEFF will be screened on November 16 – 17, 2018 at the Black Box Theatre at Western Plains Cultural Centre, Dubbo.

There is no entry fee, there are no prizes, there is no theme. We exist to promote filmmaking around here. We want to see as wide a range of films as possible.
